Login in to the CUCM system and make sure all the essential services are running by CLI.
Admin: utils service list page
Try to restart Cisco Tomcat service by following command. Usually, that fixed the above issue.
Admin: utils service start Cisco Tomcat

So, finally I found a SOLUTION by myself. This error is not server
based but purely client app based. If we refresh the app by removing its
temp files from windows or clearing the data and cache from
Android/iPhone, we should be good to go.
